Together with the prison, the annex to the judicial centre is located at the very heart of the historical facility. The building site was put to versatile uses in the past \u2013 during the German Empire, the Nazi and GDR regimes, the political turnaround in 1989 \u2013 up until today. The design features modern rooms for work and integrates the centrally located heritage building as a memorial and reminder for the present and the future.<\/p>\n
